Eagle Valley won the Best ski development in Europe and Africa award, for its design and vision. It occupies an elevated position in the centre of what will be Ukraine’s Premier winter and summer holiday destination, Volosanka, Slavske, in the Ukrainian Carpathian mountains.

Europe’s largest new mountain holiday resort is completing its pre-build acquisition of lands in the area surrounding Eagle Valley. The coronavirus restrictions have slowed commencement of this and other projects, including ours, but the megaproject is on track to commence building next year.
Since the Great Recession of 2008 to 2010, the Eagle Valley project has been on hold. Not helped by war in the far East of the country (This location is as far away from that as possible, in ancient Galicia, near Poland). But this area of Ukraine has been identified by Government and private large investors as one of the country's key locations for tourism, particularly after the loss of Crimea.
Someof the apartments are sold to international investors and we are seeking an investor to take the project to completion. This could be a good time to take control of this project as when the Mega Project starts building, interest in this locale will likely soar.

The foundation work has been done, and this was expensive as it entailed cutting the top off a hill to dig the foundations deep into hard rock. More than 11,000 m3 of hard rock was removed! The ground floor of most of the blocks have been built.
Although building has not been done for some years, 24 hour security and maintenance of the site has been maintained.
