Purchase in Eagle Valley
An apartment can be reserved for payment of £800 or 1000 Euros. Please be sure you are serious about purchasing, as this payment is non refundable.
Payment can be made be either
1. Credit card: please call 0845 0944 650 with details. Cards accepted are Visa, Switch, Discover, PayPal Express Checkout, American Express, Solo, MasterCard.
Please note that the card companies charge 3% to process and this charge will be added to Your payment, making £824 in total.
2. Cheque. Please make payment of £800 payable to The Foreign Property Shop, Foxwood, Chalky Road, Kent, ME9 7QR. Both Pound Sterling and Euro cheques accepted.
3. Bank Transfers. Please email office@thefps.com for our Bank details. Bank transfers can also be done to our Euro account; please ask for details.
All client funds are held in a Protected Client Account at HSBC and transferred to Hanroc Developments UA. They are not payments to a UK company.
With reservation fee payment, please provide your name, address and email address (if you have one). You can buy in your own personal name or that of a company. Please note that buying in a company name will mean adding 20% VAT to your sale price on selling. If you are considering using a company name, then seeking accountancy advice to ensure lowest cost is recommended. Our Ukrainian partners, bg@uaproperty.com will be happy to assist with advice on this.

Option 1: Price plus 8%

What happens next?
After the reservation fee is received, a receipt is sent out to you. Preferably by email, so please provide an email address, if you have one.
Within 1-2 weeks, a Contract will be sent to you. This is in Ukrainian and English, with Ukrainian being the legal version. The Contract is with The Foreign Property Shop Ltd, a UK company, who are in partnership with the developers, Hanroc Developments UA.
You will need to arrange payment to account of Hanroc Developments UA in Ukraine before the expiry date on the Contract – which is usually 21 days. In the covering letter to Contract, we recommend a currency specialist who is cheaper than Banks for conversion rates.
In exceptional circumstances, the developers will consider extending the payment time, but this is by prior agreement only.
Refunds
As has been noted above, your reservation fee is non refundable, except in the very unlikely event of the Developer cancelling the project.
If you decide not to proceed after having made a stage payment, you will lose what funds you have made to that point, so don’t proceed unless you have funds in place.
In the very unlikely event of the developer not proceeding with the project prior to construction starting, you will receive back all monies paid. After construction has started, no monetary refund would be available, but you will be entitled to a share of the Freehold (and undebted) project proportionate to size of purchase.
