One of Ukraine's best kept secrets has to be its strong rental market. This is particularly true of the prime areas, such as Slavsk mountain family holiday ski resort; the most popular resort in Lviv region and in the Carpathians. Standard

Owners who opt for this pool have use of their apartment for four weeks of the year. Two weeks during peak winter time and two weeks during peak summer time.

Notice must be given 6 months prior to ensure availability.

Complete

For those who do not wish to use their apartment and would like it rented during the peak times, a separate rental pool is available. Rental income is expected to be greater as the peak periods will be rented out and not used for personal use as is likely with the standard option.

Do I have to have a bank account in the Ukraine to receive rental funds?

The rental proceeds can be paid to wherever a client wishes and will be sent from Ukraine. A client will need to designate which account/how they would like to receive rental payments before completion.

What happens if a rental guest damages furniture in my apartment?

The rental management company will provide photographic evidence and quote for the replacement of the furniture.
