Finishing Works
Construction: Steel-concrete construction, beams, tiges, slates (tile-stone), supporting walls, facade walls from bricks.
Facades: The outer heat insulation around the whole Lviv region property and afterwards the walls are completed with plaster and then painted. In the westerly wings, there will be wooden cladding and along the base of the structure, stone cladding.
Roof: Concrete and timber construction, heat insulation and then covered with wooden boards. Roof tiles will be placed over this.
Electric works: All the wires will be in the walls. Electricity outlets and switches will be installed. The main table with the individual electric meters. Each apartment is going to have its own table for the lighting, the outlets and so on. Decorative light units (i.e. light shades etc) are not included in the price.
Heating: Common area heating in the ski apartment complex is provided with central heating from a gas boiler and radiators. The hot water will be from water heaters in every apartment. Gas central heating will be provided to each ski apartment with individual meters. Radiators will be provided for each apartment.
Water and Sewerage: Network for water supply in the real estate from the water mains with personal water-meter pipes. All the bathroom equipment ; toilet, sink, shower, terracota tiles for the floor and walls, mixing taps and etc.

1. Bedroom - Floor laminate flooring - Walls latex paint - Ceiling latex paint
2. Bathroom - Floor terracotta tiles - Walls faience tiles - Ceiling latex paintSanitary units sink, toilet, shower/bath (depending on apartment type), mixer taps.
3. Living area - Floor laminate - Walls latex paint - Ceiling latex paint
